Our catering will bring your ‘Wunsch Büffe’ to your home, office, meadow or wherever you, your friends and family would like to be spoilt with our delicacies. 

And if you get hungry early in the morning, we can of course also bring you a brunch. 

We are also happy to cook for you and your guests as a guest chef at your home and set the table for you - you can even leave the washing up to us.

If you would like to cook yourself but don't have enough crockery, we can rent you the missing crockery. 

Whether delivered, take-away, up to 40 people, or as a stand-in chef up to 15 people, with decoration or without, you decide. 

 

We source our food mainly from small Demeter and organic producers in Switzerland, or buy it directly from local markets to do something good not only for you, but also for the environment.

We don't put anything on the plate that isn't in season - unless it is for preserves.

Menu

We are happy to create a custom buffet, aperitif, or even a Travolta - or whatever you desire - tailored to your individual wishes.

For an aperitif, a delightful selection could include warm ricotta, chard bruschetta, empanadas, pickles and grissini. When it comes to a buffet, the possibilities are endless - from roast beef with tartare to a variety of fresh salads, such as lentils with vinagraitte, beetroot and broccoli salad, or braised celeriac.

To finish on a sweet note, we'll spoil you with an array of cakes and tarts, like Ladina's praline cake with Gruyère cream, burnt cream, or dried pear in red wine with vanilla ice cream.

Of course, your buffet will feature only organic and seasonal ingredients.

As our name suggests, we love crafting irresistible buffets that make your mouth water at first glance!

 

For drinks, we recommend sourcing them from a specialist so we can focus on what we do best - creating unforgettable food.

We cook soul food for you and your loved ones - dishes that delight the senses, from the eyes to the palate, all the way to the heart and stomach - leaving you with a memorable experience in every way.

Ladina Brunner

I was born Ladina Brunner in Aeugstertal in 1975 and grew up on a farm. 

 

When I cook, it's always with a lot of passion and gives me inner satisfaction and fulfilment. That's how I've been taught for as long as I can remember. The best thing was and still is when we all sit together with family and friends and enjoy good conversation and delicious food. 

 

Healthy, conscious cooking has been a matter of course for us since childhood. We always cooked fresh, organic and seasonal food.  I lived in Portugal for a long time, where my older son Sebastian was born.  My whole family loves travelling and getting to know new cultures, so our buffet is inspired by many countries.

Sebastian Brunner

My name is Sebastian Brunner and for you I like to be known simply as Sebi.

 

Ever since I can remember, good food has been my greatest passion and even in my earliest childhood I loved being in the kitchen and experimenting.

In 2015, I finally made cooking my vocation and completed an apprenticeship as a chef. In the years that followed, I travelled a lot and was able to gain a lot of experience in upscale gastronomy and found fulfilment in putting a smile on other people's faces with good food. I am delighted to be able to continue this passion here.
